During the creation of MayBe, the unique creative process conceived by Natalia Mallo integrated accessibility resources directly into the work including: captioning and sign language are integrated into the projections and audio description integrated into the score.
Access Tour, please meet in the Tramway Foyer at 6pm.
We will enter the theatre at 6.10pm and the session will run from 6.15-6.30pm
We welcome the audience and in particular people with visual impairment or who are blind to come along to the pre show access tour. Similar to a Touch Tour, the Access Tour is a chance for those with visual impairment to come onto stage to meet dancers Marc and Gisele and to feel and get to know some of the movement, instruments, costumes and the set up of the stage before the performance.
The Access Tour also acts as an introduction to the piece for anyone interested in learning more about the work and how it was created. Marc, Gisele and Natalia will offer an introduction to the synopsis and structure of the piece, looking at movement, space and music and will answer any questions you may have.
To book for the Access Tour please contact Tramway on 0845 330 3501 or email ArtMusicLearning@glasgowlife.org.uk
