During May, Marc will be giving two talks as part of Scottish Ballet’s ‘Safe To Be Me’ Festival .

The festival works directly with schools and community groups across Scotland, presenting opportunities for young people to engage with the programme’s focused areas of ableism, bigotry, family diversity, homophobia, racism, and transphobia. In line with key Scottish Government targets to address bullying, discrimination, and prejudice in these areas. The festival is usually toured in schools, this year it will take a digital format

Marc will speak about his journey and the theme of identity during a live Q&A session with primary 6 &7 pupils, hosted by Hayley Earlam as well as a recorded session for older pupils and adults which will be aired on Wednesday 26th May at 6pm, link will be provided on our events page closer to the date.
